SCRABBLE Premium for iPad App Reviews

Cant believe there have been problems with this game for months, open it and I just wait and wait for games to load........(they dont load) cant log in or anything....delete it and re download it AGAIN, this is an every day thing and then I can play. Then go through the re sign in, cos I have games through Origin and FB. Doesnt tell me when games are ready to play....you know those little red dots on the icon....not there. Most expensive app/game I bought and doesnt work properly....my free games work much better! Needless to say very frustrating!! PLEASE FIX.... Still having problems, Sept 29/17....still can not login to ea sports, worst paid app out there, constant problems!

5.22 update fixed all problems, so far, Thumbs UP! Worked better for a few months, but a few months ago, it all started again!!!! Not sure why I Paid for this app. Its been nothing but a Pain! Worked great for a few months on the last update. But this new update makes playing more trouble than its worth! I have to log in to "Origin" EVERY time I open the game. All my Origin opponents are now "guests" I guess when they realize (or I chat to remind them) and they re-log in to "Origin" they reappear but just till the next game. Way to go "EA" Waste of time and money.

What ever the problem was it has been corrected. When you log into your Orgin account it takes you to the website. I guess the developer had some bugs to work out. Im giving words with friends the boot and I like Scrabble better. Too many ads on words with friends and they want you to pay too much for ad free like $30 I think not. Thanks for fixing the app. I usually dont write a review But I had to for this app.

Please update for iOS 11. This game does not play very well with the OS upgrade.

So - there was an update today. However I still cannot log in - password and email still wrong. I even changed my password - successfully- but this did not solve the problem. What is the problem developers??? If this were a free game I would not mind as much. I paid for this inability to play! Why cant you fix this issue? You must be aware of the numerous people with the same problem! Also your general comments about trying to solve this issue are aggravating! Maybe you should hire more/new people!

The game will not allow me to login. Ive updated my password and uninstalled/ reinstalled the app and still cannot login to origin. Please fix!!!!

Ive been trying to log in to Origin to continue playing Scrabble and for the past 2weeks it keeps telling me my email or password is incorrect...it is not incorrect!! When are they going to fix this?? Im very disappointed with this company...

I was enjoying scrabble but it has been disappointing lately. The app will not open,I deleted it and reinstalled it. PLEASE FIX!!!! NOTIFICATION is not working. No one answers your messages on the EA forum. Can we just get some feedback.

How can the dictionary tell me that the word squaw is not an acceptable word in the English dictionary??? Elaine Kushmaul

Have not been able log in to my account for two weeks. Many players have this same problem. DO NOT BUY!!!

My origin account was hacked and EAs response was to create another account -"solved". Garbage app and garbage support. Case 33211107.

After years of playing, Scrabble will not accept password, not even a new and reset password. Can not log in to continue playing games already started. These games are now going into forfeit. Went online to Electronic Arts and tried to contact them and the "submit" tab does not allow the contact. Electronic Arts, according to business news is a $6 billion a year company. This App has a serious flaw. Please fix this!

Haven’t be able to log back in to scrabble through origin

When I bought a new iPad and downloaded the game, the dictionary is from a previous version. It doesnt include many two-letter words and also doesnt have many previously acceptable words that might be considered offensive by some. Very frustrating!

Well, I knew it was too good to be true. They finally got the app working, and it was great for about a month. I guess they just couldnt leave well enough alone! App wont load again, server error messages keep appearing, chat is glitchy, and sadly it will probably take 2 months to fix the problem! Well, now I am locked out of Origin! I get a message that my password is invalid. I have tried to change it a dozen times. Each time it says I have done so successfully, but when I try to log in I still get invalid password message! When I try to get help all I get is the link to change my password and it doesnt fix the problem! HELP!!!

I understand software can have glitches, but this 7+ day Scrabble crash is ridiculous. I say reimburse our purchase and when (if) you get this figured out, WE will decide to reinvest or not. Old school - take care of your customer!

Yes, I love the game and I used to love the Scrabble App. Ive played through the numerous kinks & Origins requirement to sign-in daily. Now I am unable to access Scrabble at all. The greatest issue, beyond the reality that kinks/glitches happen, its the total lack of response from EA, to the requested feedback they claim to want. Even the proactive message to Scrabble fans is out-dated and the feedback is simply ignored.

This could be a great game but it is fraught with errors. Very frustrating. Every update introduces a new problem. It locks up, logs you out, shows letters from your last play even though they’re already on the board, misstates the number of tiles your opponent has left to name a few and the latest, has locked me out for days. EA said I had a security issue so a password reset was required. Now the email and/or password are being rejected. There are links to customer service but I’m convinced there’s nobody actually working there. Using the online portal you either get redirected to FAQs that are not helpful or to a chat line that never connects you to anyone. I see where others have the same problems but the EA responses are vague. I paid for the iPad version. My recommendation, go with the free version or play Words with Friends.
