SCRABBLE Premium for iPad App Reviews

Now I’ve purchased this ap in order to hopefully be allowed to log in with my password and email ha ...no such luck ...come on let’s get this thing working! Lost my ratings and games boo .

For at least a week the app will not accept logins and therefore users cant play network games. Why does it take so long to fix the issue? Maybe Words with friends IS actually better.

Cannot log in via Origin or Facebook anymore on iPad or iPhone.

This must be a very low priority game for EA. They are always having login problems and the tech support is non-responsive. The most youll get is an automated message saying they are aware of the problem. I dont know if its that they are always getting hacked or if their game servers are just that terrible. Check the forums.....there re literally THOUSANDS of complaints about not being able to login or access the game and its been going on for awhile. I wouldnt be surprised if they phased this game out all together. Very disappointing.

Love the game, but not the support. The game (esp Origin syncing) has always been buggy, but I learned to live with it. But now I havent been able to log in (to a game I paid for) for a week now. The EA and Origin forums/help centers are an endless circle of useless, outdated info - cannot find any updates on this situation. At this point, I think refunds should be in order.

Love the game. Play with family members across the country every day. What is going on now that we cant get logged in. Got a notice to change my password, did so, and now cant log in. This has happened with several family members. Please get this fixed!

Im appealing to other gamers who have been locked out of Origin. I know it sounds crazy. It will not let me into Scrabble ever! I have changed my password and it is accepted on the origin site, but not to log into Scrabble. Close to giving up on the whole thing. ?

Very frustrating to get help when glitches happen. Log in on Origin not working for past week. Set in bug report but next day checked on it and it was noted CLOSED. Still doesnt work. Do not download if you have no patience.

My husband and I have been unable to login to origin and play scrabble for 5 days. We both received emails telling us we had requested new passwords, which neither of us had requested. Both games continually tell us that our password is invalid no matter what we do. We have enjoyed playing the game for several years but we are extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and horrible technical support. It is impossible to find a way to contact you so we are writing this review in hopes that you will help us out.

This app has been increasingly buggy through the year, but like many other reviewers, I can no longer login. Please fix!

Boy am I tired of deleting and reinstalling my scrabble app since the update on Mar 22nd! Once I reinstall, I can make one play but, when I close it and try to open it again, it wont work. Ive decided Im not playing anymore until I see an new update to fix this mess. Still not working with new update. Tired of seeing "refreshing games list" Update: Now it has logged me out of Origin and wont let me log in again. It keeps telling me that my email address or password are incorrect even though I have not changed them. It will let me play with Facebook friends but not Origin friends.

Suddenly my password was incorrect, though I didnt change it. I have since "successfully" changed it twice, and am still unable to log in. I dont use Facebook so have no way to play! I was annoyed when a change rendered the chat almost unusable, but this is ridiculous! Please fix, or contact me to tell me how I can resolve the problem that WILL NOT involve Facebook!

Which update are you talking about! Your response came a half year later! Now we are having log in problems. You notified us to reset our passwords due to a suspicious activity. My password was rest, received a confirmation email. However, we still cant log in! I dont have any other apps that has this many issues like your scrabble app!

Once again I am unable to log in and play my games. Customer service stated they were aware of the problem and thought it would take 3 days to fix. I am on day 4. Grr.

Worked better for a few months, but a few months ago, it all started again!!!! Not sure why I Paid for this app. Its been nothing but a Pain! Worked great for a few months on the last update. But this new update makes playing more trouble than its worth! I have to log in to "Origin" EVERY time I open the game. All my Origin opponents are now "guests" I guess when they realize (or I chat to remind them) and they re-log in to "Origin" they reappear but just till the next game. Way to go "EA" Waste of time and money.

Ive been playing this app with a friend for 3 years, and love it when it works. The most recent glitch is it wont except either of our emails or passwords. We have been trying to log on everyday for the past week. Am frantically looking for a new app to replace this.

Unable to sign into Scrabble on my iPad in the last few weeks. Impossible to play with friends now.

Its been over 4 days. When will the login issue come to an end?!?!?!?! Fix it, please.

Had to constantly login. Origin Now refuses to accept my ID or password and no way to reset.

Last few days cannot log in from iPad. Error message saying incorrect email or password, yet can use the same login info on android Am using latest version of app. Tried using EA help website but not very user-friendly at all, just keep going around in circles. Still cannot log in on Ipad, Android version is fine. Update: had to update Origin password, but now neither version will log in
