Customer Service Is NOT good/Product Flawed
This could be a great game but it is fraught with errors. Very frustrating. Every update introduces a new problem. It locks up, logs you out, shows letters from your last play even though they’re already on the board, misstates the number of tiles your opponent has left to name a few and the latest, has locked me out for days. EA said I had a security issue so a password reset was required. Now the email and/or password are being rejected. There are links to customer service but I’m convinced there’s nobody actually working there. Using the online portal you either get redirected to FAQs that are not helpful or to a chat line that never connects you to anyone. I see where others have the same problems but the EA responses are vague. I paid for the iPad version. My recommendation, go with the free version or play Words with Friends.
