Needs Fixing like two weeks ago

I was enjoying scrabble but it has been disappointing lately. The app will not open,I deleted it and reinstalled it. PLEASE FIX!!!!
NOTIFICATION is not working. No one answers your messages on the EA forum. Can we just get some feedback.
