Cannot log in

Last few days cannot log in from iPad. Error message saying incorrect email or password, yet can use the same login info on android
Am using latest version of app. Tried using EA help website but not very user-friendly at all, just keep going around in circles.

Still cannot log in on Ipad, Android version is fine.

Update: had to update Origin password, but now neither version will log in
