SCRABBLE Premium for iPad App Reviews

What the heck is wrong with Scrabble lately?? Tiles dont appear on the board. When I submit a play, the wheels spin and spin and I have to reboot my iPad to make it work, and then it may work for a couple of plays and then freeze again. Ive downloaded the free version and suffer through the ads just to play without the game freezing up, but now even the free version freezes. FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love my scrabble, but it is difficult to update when it crashes. I have to completely uninstall and reinstall sometimes, which is a challenge for the chronologically impaired!

Constant issues with login, find friends, freezing screen. Main issues with FB connection. All issues are on both free and paid versions and happen with iPad and iPhone. Couple with fact that EA support is non existent this makes for a terrible experience. do not waste time with it.

Awesome and fun game that also helps you learn.

Back in 2012 I purchased your PREMIUM version, but when I downloaded from my purchased apps to a new IPad got your version full of ads, etc. So how can you change my versions on ITunes, just asking.

The additional playing modes make this game very enjoyable, providing options additional to the traditional scrabble play. And allowing for shorter but equally challenging games.

App is slow, crashes at start, graphics are really bad. This is a cheap words with friends, not Scrabble. My favorite app down the drain.

Does anyone else get blown out of Origin every day? Every darn day!

Android app needs to be always online. Cannot play Pass-n-play in Airplane mode or even WiFi off. It’s a shame.

I have not played this game since 1982 in college. I was at a frat party, when a whole bunch of big jugged women came in and started rubbing their nipples with whip cream. I was so impressed by their ability to carry ping-pong balls in their roast beef mud flaps, I ask them if they could teach me anything else. That is when I learned about scrabble and the right way to put it into a girls balloon knot. Needless to say, I had to heal from a old brown eye pincher and I picked up the game of Scrabble again on my iPad. Just remember your are only as good as your last word. So grab firmly with your hand the tile bag and make those ties come.

After playing this game for 3 years, the latest version was working for a couple of days before giving me a ‘cannot connect to server’ message. I tried clearing the cache, deleting and reloading the app, pretty much everything. My opponents are forcing forfeit on me and I can’t access the game to play! Disastrous. And the EA help feature doesn’t seem to yield any assistance on the issue. It’s really a shame - in spite of occasional glitches I’d enjoyed playing it over the years.

Ridiculous dictionary!

Newest complaint: while trying out moves, the game played a word for me and is now frozen. Seriously, this game doesn’t work more often than it does. Unbelievable! Just payed $9.99 for the Scrabble iPad app. (I had previously purchased the app for iPhone, but greedy EA makes you pay for it again, to the tune of $9.99.) When I clicked the Log in button it takes me to a page that says {"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"client_id is missing"}. When I try to close that window it just keeps opening up. This comes after a month of not being able to log in to my account due to "technical difficulties" on EAs part. I have known better...

Id recently had enough of Zynga and their quest to extort people every chance they get. So here I am, trying out Srabble for iPad. Mind you, Apple does have a 90 day refund policy so Ill be trying Scrabble Premium for iPad for a while and hopefully it delivers. If Im happy with it, Ill return to give it that additional star.

I am not a great player, but had fun winning pretty often on the ‘Skilled’ level. The last update must have changed it. Now I can rarely beat it. I get crap tiles all the time. The odds are against me. I’m done. I’ll find another game. Too bad, I did like this before they messed with it.

Even though I had to pay for the version without ads, I am mostly happy with it. I play the computer only. I have noticed that I am left with a lot of U’s toward the end. Also, the computer will pass then use a letter next turn that is not connected to what I just played. Sometimes when I exchange the collection of vowels that I get (ie: four I’s), I get most of them back. Someone needs to do some further work on this app.
