Problems...AGAIN!

I went thru the process to report a problem and was told to call EA. WHERE is the phone number?
I’ve deleted and loaded the game numerous times but my deleted account seems to have disappeared - no stats, no friend list, total inability to start new game.
Please give me some guidance.
