Lame

This app has been problematic on and off for years. But as of right now, September 2017, the app is totally broken. For months the app has required logging into the origin server every few days. Now, the origin server is responding by saying the username and password dont exist— despite the fact that I can go directly to origin.com and login using the same credentials.

Naturally, there seems no way to contact EA about this problem.

How many days or weeks or months are we going to need to wait for this problem to be fixed?
