What has happened?
We have not been able to create a game for multiple players for quite some time. Customer service has NOT been helpful at all; asking for different information from no less than 4 different representatives. Someone new replies after each of my responses. Replied to last email with about 10 different new pieces of information and came back with notation that "this email is no longer monitored". REALLY! This is too bad as it used to be a fun game to play. Maybe someone will see this and give us some genuine help. Incident 33018005.
