I would like a refund!!

I have been playing since 2011. Love the game but the new app has been awful! I was unable to connect to server. In desperation I deleted the app and rebought it for $9.99 !
The game started playing normally after 2 days of poor service connections. So frustrating and there doesnt seem to be any one or way to complain to of the poor service
I would like a refund!!!
