Ridiculous computer advantage

When I occasionally win on the advanced level I think it is only to keep me feeling I can be competitive. Most games that I play are bias to the computer, in other words I get token 3 or 4 point letters and the computer gets most of the higher point letters and uses those letters with ridiculously and seemingly unreal words, very frustrating. I have also restarted with new games and found that my draw is mostly single point letters or no vowels or all vowels. This can happen 9 out of 10 draws, again ridiculous. Needless to say I would not recommend this game unless you want to stay at the beginner or intermediate level. And there is no version where challenges can be used. Please return my money, ha.
