Tearing Hair Out

Who is minding the Store ? It is easy to demand payment for an App that is clearly not working after each Update . Can someone not get this right ???? Has not worked since Mar21 ... refund time ?????

So now everything is supposedly fixed ? Not so .. still cannot connect to Origin . I now rate this game -0.
