Lost more than gained in pathetic "update"

Newest update... In chat, I can only type a few characters, and it freezes. I have to click on send, type a few more characters, send again. Awful!

Previous so-called updates: All user names of people Ive been playing with for months are gone, replaced by "Guest####." I have to check every chat in every game to try to locate them. No more avatars, just "G" and "Y".

I cant search for friends.

It seems that with every update, I lose a function. Its getting worse and worse. So many features I had when I first purchased this game are gone.
