4-Stars until I tried contacting app support

Scrabble suddenly developed issues connecting to FB even though FB app connected perfectly. Reloaded app - still not connecting. Rebooted iPad - still not connecting. Selected Application Support link here and forced, if I want tech support, to set up account on EA site.

No thanks, dont need spam just to find out why the apps broken...

Unacceptable experience, uninstalling app.
