game fix needed

the system will not let me start new random player games, saying I have reached my limit. I have just two active games and I have reinstalled, rebooted, updated, looked up and followed ideas on Google, NOTHING works to allow me to create new games. I am using an older IPad. this is very frustrating, Please help fix this bug.
