Reached game limit message

For many months I have been getting a message that I have reached my game limit (with only one or 2 games open). I know that others have the same problem from forum chats. I have contacted EA several times and they say they are working on the problem. If my company couldnt solve an IT problem in 6 (or longer) months....heads would role.
